UX Designer

We are looking for a mid-level UX designer to work with our client’s e-commerce business.  Candidates need minimum of two years work experience. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and is able to work with a team early on in a project, plan and identify requirements, and see a project through to completion

  • Comfortable with programs like Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Axure RP.

  • A keen problem-solver, and an empathetic advocate for the end user. 
  • Passionate about using research to drive decision making.
  • Able to think both creatively and analytically, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Not afraid of experimentation – you will analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience. You are comfortable changing direction based on team and client feedback.


  • Create and present wireframes, user journeys, sitemaps, and user flows.
  • Lead stakeholder and user interviews.
  • Write test plans, create prototypes, and conduct user testing.
  • Synthesize research findings and present to business stakeholders.
  • Define site requirements.
  • Annotate wireframes/comps; collaborate with developers to ensure approved designs are built within scope.
  • Support creative, project management, and development team members as needed.

Nice to haves (Not required)

  • Basic familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Experience working within accessibility standards.
  • Ecommerce experience; familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platform.
